Shelf Indulgence ships every other month. You’ll receive one carefully curated romance box every two months.
If you’re subscribed, your payment method will automatically be charged before your next scheduled shipment. We’ll send a reminder email beforehand so there are no surprises.
Yes! If a particular month's selection isn't for you, simply log into your customer account and choose Skip before your renewal date.
Absolutely. You can pause your subscription at any time through your customer account and restart whenever you're ready.
Yes. You may cancel your subscription anytime before your next renewal. Once a renewal has processed, that upcoming box cannot be canceled or refunded.
Yes! You can update your shipping address, payment information, and other subscription details anytime through your customer account before your next renewal.

Subscriptions cannot be switched from one genre to another after a renewal has processed. If you’d like a different genre, simply cancel or pause your current subscription and subscribe to your preferred genre before your next billing date.
Yes! One-time purchases are available while supplies last. If you want the subscriber discount and guaranteed future boxes, choose the subscription option instead.
If your box arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damage. Lost or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier may require a claim to be filed with the carrier. See the shipping policy for more details.
