We stand behind the quality of our products and take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if you receive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please contact our customer service team at shop@shelfloveatlanta.com within 2 days of delivery.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All purchases are final sale.
Order Mistakes
If you receive the wrong item, please email us with proof of the error and we will work to correct the issue.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and provide photos of both the merchandise and shipping box within 2 days of delivery. We can only assist with transit damage claims when sufficient documentation is provided.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Once a package has been accepted and scanned by USPS, ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfers to the purchaser. Shelf Love is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages, and refunds or replacements will not be issued for these situations.
If your package is lost in transit, you must file a claim directly with USPS. Claims may be filed no sooner than 15 days and no later than 60 days from the original mailing date, subject to USPS policies and eligibility requirements.
Carrier Damage
If USPS causes damage during transit, customers must file a claim directly with USPS. Any compensation for shipping-related damage is solely between the purchaser and the carrier.
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage unless another shipping method is selected during checkout. Eligible USPS services include carrier-provided insurance coverage, which may be used when filing claims for lost or damaged shipments.
Shipping Claims
Any claims related to packages lost, damaged, delayed, or mishandled during transit are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and must be filed directly with USPS within their required claim window.
