Devon’s life is looking great again. She’s getting her family to stop tip toeing around her, she’s taking her business to the next level, and she’s finally starting to trust herself again.

That is, until she crashes her sister’s car into her ex’s divorce attorney slowing down her whole morning. Devon isn’t going to let that stop her though. Pulling herself together she goes to her photo shoot, then hurries back to the school with the back-sale goodies her niece needs. Except now the band director wont take them. The only way to get her niece on the field trip at the end of the semester is to volunteer now. She thinks it’s all behind her when her ex’s divorce attorney shows up again.
