Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items are ready to ship. Everything will ship together after the final pre-order release date. Free shipping promotions, including loyalty rewards for free shipping, cannot be applied to any order containing pre-order items.

To avoid delays, we strongly recommend placing separate orders for in-stock books and pre-orders with different release dates.

If you have already placed an order and would like your items shipped separately, email us to request split shipping. We will arrange separate shipments and bill you for the additional shipping charges. These charges must be paid before the separated items ship.

All eBook sales are final. No refunds will be issued for eBooks.

All discounts must be applied at checkout. Orders cannot be adjusted once placed, except for split-shipping arrangements requested by email as described above.

Promotional offers, subscriber discounts, and customer-specific codes are limited-time marketing promotions and do not entitle customers to price adjustments after purchase.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the final price displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes, shipping, and any discounts applied at that time.
